These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the sagilli platform, your account, and all gaming services offered. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on sagilli.

All sagilli users must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration, as required under Philippine PAGCOR regulations. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one sagilli account. Duplicate accounts may result in permanent suspension of all associated profiles and forfeiture of any balances. Bonus abuse via multiple accounts is a terminable offence.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sagilli. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," logging into your Account, or otherwise accessing or using the sagilli Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 sagilli reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are advised to review these Terms regularly.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions apply to all forms of access to the Platform, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any sagilli application, regardless of the device type or operating system used.
Age Restriction: The sagilli platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use sagilli, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

3.3 Any winnings obtained by a user found to be ineligible — including minors — shall be voided and forfeited. Deposits made by ineligible users may be returned at sagilli's sole discretion, less any applicable processing charges.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on sagilli. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your registered Philippine mobile number and date of birth. You agree to keep this information updated throughout the life of your Account.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.4 You agree to notify sagilli immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. sagilli shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.5 sagilli may require you to complete KYC verification at applicable withdrawal thresholds or in response to suspicious account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
As part of its compliance obligations under PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, sagilli may request the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilHealth card); proof of address; and proof of payment method ownership. All documents submitted are processed in accordance with sagilli's Privacy Policy.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on sagilli are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). sagilli does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount on sagilli is ₱20. There is no maximum deposit limit, though sagilli reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion or as required by regulatory guidelines.
5.3 All funds deposited into your sagilli Wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using another person's GCash account, Maya account, or bank account — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
5.4 Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable limits.
5.5 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (b) completion of KYC verification where required; and (c) sagilli's internal fraud and compliance review process. sagilli targets processing most withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya, though processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
5.6 sagilli is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers. Any fees charged by payment processors are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated.
Note on Dormant Accounts: Accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. sagilli reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policy, after providing written notice to the registered mobile number.
6.1 sagilli may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other incentives to users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods vary by promotion and are disclosed at the point of offer.
6.3 sagilli reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where: (a) the offer was made in error; (b) the user has violated these Terms; or (c) regulatory requirements necessitate a change.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or prohibited betting patterns, or using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity — is prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
6.5 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred to another user or Account.
7.1 All games on sagilli are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
7.2 RNG-based games (including slots, virtual table games, and digital bingo) use independently certified and audited Random Number Generator systems. The certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within the game information panels.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sagilli and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sagilli Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer any platform software; or (c) use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform.
10.3 The sagilli name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of sagilli. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use sagilli trademarks without prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sagilli shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 sagilli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sagilli Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 sagilli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits sagilli's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 sagilli reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have: (a) violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) provided false or misleading information; (c) engaged in prohibited conduct; (d) become ineligible to hold an Account; or (e) otherwise caused harm or risk to sagilli or its users.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds remaining in your Wallet that were legitimately deposited may be returned at sagilli's discretion after deducting any amounts owed.
12.3 You may voluntarily close your sagilli Account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any unused bonus funds will be forfeited. Remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification.
12.4 sagilli reserves the right to suspend Platform access for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, or regulatory compliance purposes. sagilli will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.
13.1 sagilli may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via notice to the registered mobile number or a notification upon next login. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
13.2 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the sagilli Platform and may request Account closure. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted in the first instance to sagilli's internal dispute resolution process. 14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules, or alternatively to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila.
14.4 sagilli's gaming operations are conducted in compliance with PAGCOR licensing guidelines. Certain disputes relating to game integrity may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
